The rules, in short
- 10% of what the client pays, excluding GST, for 12 months from their first payment
- You earn only when the client pays. Adding a lead earns nothing by itself
- The first affiliate to refer a business gets the credit, for 90 days
- Refunded payments reverse the commission
- Approved 15 days after payment, paid on the 1st of every month by UPI
- Minimum payout ₹500; below that it carries forward
- You must be 18+ and share your UPI ID and PAN to be paid
- No spam: never send bulk or unsolicited messages in Inook’s name or pretend to be our staff

Good to know
When do I get paid?
Commission is approved 15 days after the client pays (the refund window). Approved commission is paid on the 1st of every month by UPI, once your balance is ₹500 or more. Below that, it carries forward.
How is the client tracked?
When someone opens your link, we remember your code for 90 days on that device. You can also add a business as a lead in your dashboard. The first affiliate to refer a business gets the credit, for 90 days.
Do I need to sell?
No. Just tell business owners about Inook AI and share your link. Our team explains, shows the demo and closes the deal.
What if the client pays later?
You earn on every payment the client makes in the first 12 months from their first payment, as long as they paid within 90 days of your referral.
What about taxes?
We need your PAN for paid commissions. Tax (TDS) is deducted as per law where it applies, and shown in your payout history.
