Affiliate Terms

The rules of the Inook AI Affiliate Program.

The Inook AI Affiliate Program is run by AR Group Ventures, Jalandhar Cantt, Punjab, India ("we", "us"). By applying to the program you ("affiliate") agree to these terms, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Joining

  • You must be 18 or older and have an inook.in account.
  • We review every application and may accept or reject it at our discretion.
  • To receive payouts you must give a valid UPI ID and PAN. Your PAN is stored encrypted and only used for payments and tax.

Referrals and attribution

  • A referral is counted when a business opens your link, signs up with your code, gives your code on WhatsApp, or you add them as a lead in your dashboard.
  • Your link is remembered for 90 days on the device where it was opened.
  • The first valid referral wins. If a business is already our client or lead, or another affiliate referred it first, it is not counted for you.
  • A referral lasts 90 days. If the business does not pay within 90 days, the referral ends.
  • You cannot refer yourself or your own business.

Commission

  • You earn 10% of every payment the referred client makes, excluding GST, for 12 months from their first payment.
  • Adding a lead or a signup by itself earns nothing. You earn only when the client pays.
  • Commission becomes approved 15 days after the payment. If the payment is refunded, the commission for it is reversed, and if it was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payouts.

Payouts

  • Approved commission is paid on the 1st of every month by UPI.
  • The minimum payout is ₹500. A smaller balance carries forward to the next month.
  • Tax (TDS) is deducted as per law where it applies.

Certificates

  • A Certificate of Partnership is issued after your first paid referral, and an experience letter after 3 paid referrals.
  • We may cancel a certificate if your account is removed for breaking these terms.

What you must not do

  • Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or use paid ads on the Inook AI name.
  • Pretend to be our staff, make promises about prices or results we did not make, or collect payments on our behalf.
  • Create fake leads, fake accounts or self-referrals.

If you break these terms, we may pause or remove your account, and unpaid commission linked to the breach is cancelled.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms or end the program with notice on this page and in your dashboard. Commission already approved before a change is still paid. You can leave the program at any time by writing to us.
