This policy explains how Inook AI, a brand of AR Group Ventures (GSTIN: 03HEPPR2543P1ZR), handles your personal data when you use https://inook.in or work with us. By using the website or our services, you agree to this policy.

What data we collect

We collect only the data we need to serve you:

  • your name, phone number and email address;
  • business details, such as business name, address, industry, services and content you share for your project;
  • payment reference details, such as transaction ID, amount, date and status; and
  • basic technical data, such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location.

Why we use it

We use your data to:

  • deliver the services you have asked for;
  • prepare quotes, invoices and tax records;
  • give you support;
  • send you project updates by WhatsApp, email, phone or SMS; and
  • keep the website safe and improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Payment data

Payments are processed securely by PayU. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on PayU's secure page and go straight to PayU. We do not see or store your card or UPI details. We only receive the payment reference, amount, date and status. PayU handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. Some pages show ads from Google AdSense, which may use cookies to show relevant ads. PayU may also set cookies to complete a payment safely. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly if you do. You can turn off personalised Google ads at Google Ads Settings.

Who we share data with

We share your data only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need. These include:

  • PayU, to process payments and refunds;
  • hosting, email, database and analytics providers;
  • WhatsApp and email services, to send you updates; and
  • domain and hosting companies, when we register or manage services for you.

We may also share data with government or legal authorities if the law requires it.

How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as you are our client and for as long as needed for support, legal and tax purposes. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax law. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

How we protect data

We use secure connections, limit access to people who need it and protect our accounts with passwords. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct any data that is wrong or out of date; and
  • delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.

You can also ask us to stop sending you WhatsApp or email updates at any time. We will reply to your request within 30 days.

Children

Our services are meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version applies from the date it is published on this page.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
