Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when you use inook.in or work with Inook AI.

These terms apply to your use of https://inook.in and to every service you buy from us. Inook AI is a brand of AR Group Ventures, a proprietorship based in Jalandhar Cantt, Punjab, India (GSTIN: 03HEPPR2543P1ZR). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AR Group Ventures and Inook AI. "You" and "client" mean the person or business using our website or services. By using the website or paying for a service, you agree to these terms.

Services we offer

We offer the following services to businesses and individuals:

  • website design and development;
  • domain, hosting and business email setup and management;
  • search engine optimisation (SEO) and Google Business Profile work;
  • digital marketing, branding and content services; and
  • AI tools, automation and related digital services.

The exact work for your project is listed in your quote or Scope of Work. Anything not listed there is not included unless we agree to it in writing.

Quotes and payment terms

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged where it applies.
  • A quote is valid for 15 days from the date we send it, unless it says otherwise.
  • A one-time registration fee of ₹999 is payable to start. This fee is non-refundable.
  • Project payments are made in the stages shown in your quote. We start work after the first stage payment is received.
  • We may pause work or hold the launch if a payment is overdue. The final payment must be made before launch and handover.
  • Online payments are processed securely by PayU. We do not store your card or UPI details.

Client responsibilities

To keep your project on time, you agree to:

  • share the content we need, such as text, logos, photos, prices and business details, in good time;
  • make sure you own or have the right to use all content you give us;
  • review drafts and give clear feedback or approval within 5 working days; and
  • name one person who can give approvals for your business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide. Once you approve a design or a page, later changes may be charged as extra work.

Project timelines

We will share an estimated timeline with your quote. Timelines start after we receive the first payment and the content we need. Delays in content, feedback or payment will move the timeline forward by the same amount of time. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as domain registrars, hosting providers or Google.

Intellectual property

Once you have paid the full project amount, ownership of the final website design and the content we create for you transfers to you. Until full payment is received, all work stays our property.

Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software stay under their own licences. We keep the right to reuse our general tools, code and methods, and to show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Domain and hosting renewals

Domains, hosting, business email and similar services are renewed every year or as per their plan. Renewal charges are payable before the expiry date. We will try to remind you before a renewal is due, but it is your responsibility to pay on time. If a renewal is not paid, the service may stop and the domain may be lost. We are not responsible for any loss caused by an unpaid renewal.

Limitation of liability

We work with care, but we do not promise any specific search ranking, number of leads, sales or business result. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or business. We are not liable for outages or problems caused by third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways, Google or social media platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Termination

You may cancel a project by writing to hello@inook.in. Refunds, if any, follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may stop work or end the agreement if payments are not made, if you do not respond for 30 days, or if you ask us to do anything unlawful or misleading. You will pay for all work done up to the date of termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date it is published on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
