Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services bought from Inook AI, a brand of AR Group Ventures (GSTIN: 03HEPPR2543P1ZR), through https://inook.in or directly from us.

Registration fee

The ₹999 registration fee is non-refundable. It covers the time spent on your registration, requirement review and project paperwork.

Project payments

Refunds on project payments depend on how far the work has gone:

• Before work starts: if you cancel before we start work on your project, you get a full refund of the project payment, except the registration fee.
• After design approval: once you have approved the design, we refund 50% of the project amount paid. The rest covers the design and work already done.
• After launch: once your website or service is launched or delivered, no refund is possible.

Non-refundable costs

Domain registration, hosting, business email, paid plugins, themes, ad spend and other third-party costs are non-refundable once we have bought them for you. This applies even if the project is cancelled.

How to cancel

To cancel a service or request a refund, email hello@inook.in from your registered email address. Please include your name, phone number, payment reference and the reason for cancelling. We will reply within 3 working days.

Refund processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. The time it takes to show in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery of services

All our services are delivered digitally, by email, WhatsApp or online access. We do not ship any physical products, so no shipping charges apply.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
