Terms & Conditions

By engaging INOOK Ai for the Local Growth System package or any related service, you agree to the following terms. The complete project terms are also confirmed in your Scope of Work and Service Agreement before work begins.

Scope

INOOK Ai is offered as a fixed Local Growth System package covering website, Google Business Profile, lead system, social presence, brand kit, media placement, signature product strategy and handover with a 30-day care window. The exact deliverables, timeline and responsibilities for your project are listed in your Scope of Work document.

Add-ons such as professional video shoots, e-commerce, extra pages, logo design or ad management are not part of the base package. They are quoted, priced and scheduled separately and only added to scope after you confirm them.

Payments

The package is paid in two installments. Installment-1 is due before production starts, and Installment-2 is due before final launch and handover. Payment is made by UPI or bank transfer and verified manually. GST is not charged at this time.

Domain, hosting, business email, third-party integrations and external licenses are billed separately at cost and are not included in the package price.

Start and handover conditions

Production starts only after Installment-1 is received and verified. Final launch, credential handover and delivery of source and editable files happen only after Installment-2 is received and verified.

Revisions and changes

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Significant changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted as separate change requests.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of any content, photos, brand assets and copy you provide. We never ask for your account passwords through forms and use delegated access wherever possible. The delivered website code, design and brand files become yours after the project is fully paid.
