Inook Sites Terms of Service

Inook Sites, a product of Inook AI (AR Group Ventures, Jalandhar Cantt, Punjab). Version 2026-10-draft-1.

1. What Inook Sites is

Inook Sites gives you a personal website at an Inook address, online booking, and booking messages on WhatsApp sent by Inook on your behalf. By publishing a site you accept these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older and use your own name and details.
• Professionals who need a registration (for example doctors) must give a correct registration number. Your site stays hidden from Google until we verify it.

3. Your content

• You are responsible for everything on your site, including text drafted with AI help that you review and publish.
• Your content must follow the rules of your profession. For doctors this means the NMC rules: no claims, superlatives, offers, discounts, testimonials or before and after photos. We block some words automatically, but the responsibility stays yours.
• You allow us to host, show and back up your content to run the service.

4. Bookings and WhatsApp

• By creating your account you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from Inook AI about your account and your website, and occasional offers. Reply STOP or turn off WhatsApp updates in your profile to stop them at any time.
• Visitors who book agree to receive updates on WhatsApp from Inook on your behalf. Messages carry only name, date, time and address, never health or case details.
• Bookings are requests until you confirm them. You decide whom you see and when.
• We do not collect money from your patients or clients on your behalf.

5. Trial and plans

Some professions start with a free trial; for others (creators, for example) the website goes live once the plan is paid. Either way, the plan and its price, with GST, are shown before you are asked to pay, and nothing is charged without your action. Plans are paid in advance and are not refundable, except as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Suspension

We may warn, restrict, suspend or remove a site that breaks these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, or when a lawful order requires it. You can appeal by replying to our message.

7. Data

Visitor and booking data belong to you and are kept for 12 months after the booking date, then deleted. See the Privacy notice for details.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. We are not responsible for the professional advice you give or for missed appointments. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes

We will tell you on WhatsApp or email before important changes take effect.
